OPTION FOR SALE AND PORCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 14th day of August,
1979, by and among RONALD C. 1COTSCBINSRI, as Trustee, and
RONALD C. 1COTSCHINS.RI, individually (hereinafter collectively
referred to as "Seller"), and R. C. COBB, INC., an Alabama z
Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser").

WHEREAS, of even date herewith, Seller and Purchaser '
have become Landlord and Tenant respectively by reason of an

Assignanent of Lease on certain real property located on O.S.
Highway 1, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Countyf and
WHEREAS, as part of the consideration for Purchaser's
execution of said Assignment of Lease, Seller has agreed to
grant to Purchaser an option to purchase said real property,
which property is the subject matter of the Lease=
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Purchaser's
assumption of the lease for premises located on O.S. Highway 1,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, the mutual promises
of the parties hereto, ten ($10.00) dollars in hand paid
each to the other and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
by all parties hereto, Purchaser and Seller hereby covenant
and agree as follows:
1. Grant of Option. Seller hereby grants to
Purchaser the exclusive option, hereinafter referred to as
the "Option," for an initial period of three (3) years
beginning on August 15, 1979 and terminating on August 14,
