HomeMy WebLinkAbout1320 1982, to purchase all of that tract or parcel of Land located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and being more - particularly described in Schedule A of Exhibit •A• attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereinafter referred to as the 'Property,' for the purchase price and under the tense and conditions herein set forth. The said property is the identical property which is leased to Purchaser under the lease assigned to Pt~,rchaser by Assignment dated August 14, 1 e7A ~ A n~na~aw}p!~ ~-n by Cs.l 7ssr 1t$ T.!!}1[~~.A1'[Z. i3f~ -r vj 2. Exercise of Option. In the event Purchaser elects to exercise the initial Option, Purchaser shall evidence such election by giving to Seller, prior to the expiration of_ the Option, written notice of such election, -whereupon this_Agreement-shall-become a-contract--of--purchase - and sale for the Property between Seller and Purchaser. Purchaser shall transmit such notice as provided.in Paragraph 9 hereof. So long as the initial option is exercised by the giving of written notice prior to the expiration of the option, Purchaser shall not be required to close the Purchase f prior to the expiration of the option period. E 3. Purchase Price. The purchase price for the ~ Property, to be paid in cash or upon such other terms as the parties may subsequently agree, shall be One Hundred Seventy- Five Thousand ($175,000.00) Dollars if the Option is exercised by August 14, 1982. 4. Additional Option. In addition to the initial , option granted hereinabove, Seller grants to Purchaser an additional option which may be exercised by Purchaser anytime after August 14, 1982 through and including the end of the term and any options of the Lease of November 21, 1978. The purchase price for the Property during the additional option period shall increase by the percentage of annual increase -2- ~~r316 P~~.319
