in the Consumer Price Index For Ail Orban Consumers maintained
by the Onited States Department of Labor using $175,,000.00
for August 1981 as the base year. (In the event that the
designation of the Consumer Price Index selected changes, it
shall be-that index which replaced or most closely follows
the Consumer Price Index•For All Orban Consumers.) The
purchase price shall be adjusted as of August 15th of every
year beginning August 15, 1982. For example, in the event

the first such adjustment in price shall occur as of August 15,
1982 and said price shall remain the same through August 14,
1983, after which time it shall again be adjusted. All
other terms and conditions concerning the exercise, and
~Iosing -of- the Purchase-under the additional option- shatl- be - - - -
the same as for the initial option.-
5. Warranties of Seller. Seller warrants to
Purchaser Seller's right, title, and interest in and to the
Property and shall convey the property at closing to Purchaser
by general warranty deed.
i 6. Closing. The closing on the sale and purchase
of the Property under the provisions of this Agreement shall

take place within a reasonable time after the date of exercise
of the option by Purchaser at a reasonable location selected
by Purchaser, and at a time and on a date to be selected by
Purchaser. Purchaser will advise Seller in writing of such
time and date at least ten (10) days prior to the day on
which the closing is to be held. At the closing, the parties
shall execute and deliver all deeds and other documents
necessary to consummate the sale and purchase of the Property.
Seller shall pay any taxes imposed by the State of Florida
on this conveyance, including but not limited to any docwnen-
tary stamps to be ed to documents.
