AGREEI~NT WAIVING RENT
T~iIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") -made and entered into
this 1st day of August 1979, by and between:
Villa Del Sol of Stuart, Inc.,

hereinafter referred to as "Lessee";

Lessee recorded in Official Re.^ids• Book 182, Page 1384, of the•,, -
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such lease is
amended by agreement recorded in Official Records Bobk 187,
Page 2804, and in Official Records Book 215, Page _772, all of
tre Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all ref-
erences to the "lease"-Dean the lease as amended just described
in this paragraph.

There is situate upon the demised property improveaents -
cor.~only referred to as Villa Del Sol Condoai.nium, such condo-
miniua being in accordance with Declaration of Condominiua re-
corded in Official Records Book-182, at Page 1323, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie•Couaty, Florida. .
Lessee has heretofore executed to certain owners•of units
at Villa Del Sol Condominium (such owners being hereinafter re- -
ferred• to as "Sub-Lessees'"} sublease -agreements appurtenant to
the condominium units owned by the Sub-Lessees and described in
paragraph 2 hereof. The sublease agreements grant to the Sub-
Lessees certain rights under the lease, aad impose upon the
Sub-Lessees certain obligations to pay a portion of the rent
due to pursuant to the provisions of the lease. -
