Lessee has heretofore executed to certain owners•of units at Villa Del Sol Condominium (such owners being hereinafter re- - ferred• to as "Sub-Lessees'"} sublease -agreements appurtenant to the condominium units owned by the Sub-Lessees and described in paragraph 2 hereof.
