PLOW THEREFORE; I4vOtJ ALL i4EN BY TF.ESE PRESErTS that' the Lessor and the Lessee, for and in consideration of the swv of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valLable consideration, each paid unto the other, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl- edged, do covenant and agree, each with the other, as follows: 1. The recitals above stated are true and correct. . 2 . Coffiencing with the installments of rent due by the Sub-Lessees the 1st day of August 1979 , Lessee does hereby - release and discharge-the Sub-Lessees of the condominium units - described in this paragraph.3 from any and further obligation to pay Lessee rent due Lessee upon the subleases heretofore - gianted by Lessee to Sub-Lessees, as such supleases are herein described and recorded among the Public Records of St. Lucie .
