' 4. This Agreement shall not be construed as an~agreement

cancelling the lease nor releasing the Lesses of its obligation
ro pay rent to the Lessor upon. the lease as applicable to any
condominium unit at Villa Del Sol Condominium except such units
as are designated in paragraph 2 hereof, nor shall it be con-
strued as releasing the~Lessee of its obligation to.perfora the.
provisions of the lease except for the payment of rent as waived
~y the provis=ons hereof. Lessee. by the execution of this
Agreement, acknowledges that the lease is in full force and
effect.
5. This Agreement shall not be construed as an agreement_
cancelling the subleases described in paragraph.. 3 above- nor
releasing the Sub-Lessees of such leases from performing their
obligations pursuant to the provisions of sLCh subleases, except
for--the- obligation-to_pay_rent.-- _ _ _ - -
6. This Agreement shall not be construed as transferring,
assigning or conveying to the Lessee any of Lessor's light,
title or interest in and to the o::nership o~ the lease nor as
transferring, assigning or conveying to any of the Sub-Lessees
any of Lessee's right, titleā¢or interest as Sub-Lessor in and
to the subleases above described. ~ ~ -
7. Lessor covenants and agrees with the Sub-Lessees that
in the event the Lessor cancels and terminates the lease, Sub- _ _
Lessees shall be allowed to remain in possession of the property
demised to them pursuant to the provisions of
the sublease agree-
- meats and to continue to exercise and enjoy such rights as are
granted to them pursuant to the provisions of~such sublease
agreements with the same force and effect as if Lessor does
not cancel and teriainate -the lease.
8. This Agreement Waiving Rent shall be binding upon and
enure to the benefit of Lessee and Lessor and their successors
and assigns and shall enure to the benefit of the Sub-Lessees,
