DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 11th day of
September, 1979, on the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage, and the Court having noted the Default entered on
the 17th day of August, 1979; the Court further noting from the
file that the Wife's Motion to Amend the Petition together with
Notice of Final Hearing was served on the Husband, JEROME HORGER,
the Court having received into evidence the return receipt for
certified mail as evidence of the notice to the Husband of the
said Final HearlUg alSd Motion to Amend Petition. The Court
further hearing testimony that the payments on the mobile home -
f
-and the lots on which it is situated are in default and the
.Court finds that the Wife has a special equity in the said mobile
home and the lots on which it is situated as well as the 1973
Dodge Charger, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the marriage between JEROME
HORGER nad CAROLE HORGER be in the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that custody of the minor child,
- ROBERT HORGER, be given to the Wife with reasonable visitation
rights at the Wife's place of residence, until further Order of
this Court. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife is awarded possesion
and ownership of the mobile home described as: .
