ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall execute
whatever documents necessary to convey the mobile-home, real
property and automobile set out above within five days from the
-date of this Order and if said- Husband shall fail to do so,-
this Order shall act as conveyance of his right title and interest
in the automobile, mobile home and real property by operation -
of the law. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Restraining Order restraining
the Husband from interferring with, harrassing, molesting or

annoying the Wife in any manner and signed by the Honorable William
- G. Tye is hereby continued in force. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Jurisdiction of this cause
and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper.
