FINAL -JUDGMENT- OF--DISSOLUTION OF- MARRIAGE - - - - _
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 11th day of
September, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration-
to all the evidence finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit. The relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties and the marriage of said parties
is irretrievably broken.
IT IS, THEREUPON ORDERED .AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The marriage between the Husband, ROY D. MURPHY, and
the Wife, MARY M. MURPHY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The Stipulation which was introduced into evidence
is approved by the Court, and the parties are directed to comply
with its terms.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
this Fr day of September, 1979•
