FINAL -JUDGMENT- OF DISSOLUTION- OF-MARRIAGE - -
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 13th day of
September, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence finds and determines:
This-Court has -
~urisdict3on of the parties and-the
sub~ect matter~of this suit. The relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties and the marriage of said
parties is irretrievably broken.
IT IS, THEREUPON, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marraige between the Husband, TIu,OuORE KINGSTON
and the Wife, RUTH KINGSTON be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2~ The Stipulation which has been introduced into evidence
is .approved by the Court, and the parties are directed to comply
with its terms.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of September,. 1979.
