RESOLUTION NO. 79-81
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 69-1546, Laws of
Florida, 1969, filed liens against JOHN F. AND QUEEN S. TOWNSEND
on the following described property, to-wit:
Block 29, Lots 21 and 22~
Sunland Gardens
as follows:
Year Amount OR Book Fage
1974 $6.00 243 1989-1995
1976 $6.00 274 2253-2260
and
WHEREAS, said liens have been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record. -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
11th day of September, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said liens and directs the Clerk of
the Circuit Qourt of St. Lucie County to cancel the same of record.
