BEFORB MS, the undersigned authority, personally ap-
peared LOUISS PALM$R, who, upon being by me first duly sworn
di,d depose and say:
D!y name is LOUIS$ PALMER; that I did serve as one
of the co-executrices of the $state of ~i. A. Palmer , deceased,
and am personally familiar with the Petition filed by Louise
Palmer-and Jeanne_Palmer_Scott, co-executrices of-the $state
of (~T. A. Palmer, for authority to enter into negotiations
with Heatherington Jones, Inc., a Florida corporation, for
the sale of certain real estate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described in the Petition recorded in O.P.R. 120, page 2651,

and am personally familiar with the Order entered authorizing
negotiations with Heath,erington Jones, Inc., entered Novem-
ber 1, 1974, by Circuit Judge James E. Alderman, which Order
is recorded in O.P.R. 120, page 2653, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; that affiant affirmatively states that
said negotiations were unsuccessful and no agreement was
ever reached concerning the sale of the aforementioned prop-
erty to Heatherington Jones, Inc.
