RELEASE OF DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS
WI~ERSAS, NSW SOUTH, INC., a Florida corporation,
glared certaia residenti$1 dwelling restrictions on the -
real property described in that certain Declaration of Res-
trictions recorded in O. R. Book 183, page 1762, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and -
W~REAS,~NEW SOUTH, INC. wishes to release said
restrictions;

all of the restrictions set forth in that certain Declaration -
of Restrictions recorded in O. R. Book 183, page 1762, pub-
