Zt being expressly understood and agrec•~1 t:llat the said Mortgage shall remain i
in full force and effect in all respect and that nothing herein shall effect
or impair any rights and powers which tlic said party of the first part may
have thereunder for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest in
the cage of non-fulfillment of this agreement. _
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they Mill pay the
payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the time specifiedt
that they will perform and observe all the covenants, agreements, stipulations
and conditions on the part of the mortgagor in said mortgage contained in all -
respects.
