DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB
This cause came on for trial the day of ,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines:-This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
-of--this-suit;--that~he~xelation~f__husband-_and__vife_-now_ exists-between the_
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES A. YABGER
~ and ARLENE G. YAEGER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ANTHONY YAEGER, born July 7, 1968;
CHRISTOPHER YAEGER, born June 17, 1970; and STACY ANN YAEGER, born August 10,
1972, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent/Wife,
ARI,ENE G. YAE(~R with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Petitioner/Husband,
CHARLES A. YAEGER.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of 1979,
Petitioner/Husband, CHARLES A. YAEGER shall pay to Respondent/Wife, ARLENE G.
YAEGER the sum of D each and every week (month), for the support of
the children named above. -
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this CourC and by him re-
mitted promptly to ARLENE G. YAEGER. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing I

and residence addresses at all times wl~le this order is in effect.
