4. It is hereby ordered that Petitioner retain the three (3)
minor children on his current insurance policies, to Witt medical and
hospital insurance. _
5. It is hereby ordered that respondent and the .three (3) minor
children have exclusive use and possession of the jointly owned.marital
home known as and located at 3202 Kentucky Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida and
in the event_of sale of the jointly owned marital home, it is ordered that
Petitioner is to receive one-half of the sale proceeds at the time of
such sale.
6. It is hereby ordered that the Petitioner and Respondent are
- jotnt'ly -liable and-,responsitsie--for-the -joint -debts enumerated-in -the -Petition---
for Dissolution of Marriage in the above styled cause.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the. parties
hereto is retained for the entry of uch her orders as may be proper.
