It is thereupon _ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between-JEAN L. KRAUSE and' f ' ROSCOE W. KRAUSE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matriaany heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JESSICA CATHERINE KRAUSE, born October 13, 1972; HILARY JEAN KRAUSE, born August 13, 1971; and AMY LORRAINE KRAUSE,-born June 14, 1975, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, JEAN L. RRAUSE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, ROSCOE W. KRAUSE. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of , 1979, Respondent, ROSCOE W. IQtAUSE, shall pay to Petitioner, JEAN L. KRAUSE, the sum of Ninety Dollars ($90.00) each and every week, for the support of the children named above. - Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to Petitioner, JEAN L. RRAUSE. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
