4. ADDITIONAL SUPPORT C06T3. The Respondent is hereby ordered
to continue to pay tuitia? and other costs of formal parochial education for
all three of the minor children named above.
5 . -MARITAL AOMB . The Pe titianer is hereby awarded the e~cc lus ive _
use and occupancy of the 3ointly owned marital home known as and located at -
2516 Rdlyst Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and it is hereby further ordered
that upon sale of the marital home, Respondent is to receive one-half of the
sale proceeds.
6. INSURANCE. It is hereby ordered that Respondent retain all
-three minor children on all of Respondent's insurance policies, to wit: _
Medical, dental and hospitalization.
7. MISCELIANFAUS PROPERTY. It is hereby ordered that Petitioner
be awarded the family cemetery plots located at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens
and Mausoleum in Fort Pierce, Florida.
8. JURISDICTION. Jruisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as maybe proper.
