2. That he purchased said property from Charles W. Godwin &
Lorence N. Godwin which warranty deed was filed November 20, 1978
in O.R. Book 298, Page 583 of the Public Records of St. Lucie

3. That at the time he purchased said property, it was vacant -
unimproved and not the_homestead of Charles W. Godwin ~
