AND ALL OTHER PERSONS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants on the
j'~ day of September, 1979, in the above-entitled Court, in-
volving the following described real property situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Zhe West 231 feet of the East 447 feet of the South 351
~ feet of the North 381 feet of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4
of the NE 1/4, containing 1.85 acres, mare or less, in
Section 35, Zbamship 34 South, Range 39 East, St. I~cie-
Ootmty, Florida.
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated November 16, 1976, from LINDA
McLAIN VICKERS HAZELLIEF, joined by her husband, Jerry W. Hazellief,
to HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, which
said indenture of mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 260, page 416,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
