THIS CAUSE having been heard by the Court, on the verified
Petition for Adoption herein filed and. the consents hereto of the natural
mother and father and it appearing that the best interests of the child
will be promoted by this adoption, and the Court being otherwise fully

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the person known as DIANNA LYNN WATBRS
is declared to be the legal child of Petitioner/Stepfather, STEPHEN WATERS,
and is given the name of DIANNA LYNN WATBRS, by which name she shall be here-
after known, and it is further °
~I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT said DIANNA LYNN WATERS shall be the child
~ ~ and legal heir of the Petitioner, entitled to all rights and privileges, and

subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioner/Stepfather, STEPHEN
WATERS and KATHLEEN WATERS, his wife, in lawful wedlock.
