O R D E R
- - --THIS--CAUSE-coming on - for- hearing -on -the- Wife' s -Motion- for-
temporary relief filed herein and the Court having been advised
by the attorneys for the respective parties that an agreement
had been reached as to a temporary order and upon the Court Navin
been fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall continue to reside in the marital
residence until such time as the parties find another suitable
residence for the Wife.
i, 2. That the Husband shall be allowed to reside in the
~ marital residence.
3. That upon locating a residence for the Wife, the Hus-
band shall pay the first and. last month's rent and any security
deposit on same.
4. That the Wife shall, at that time, vacate the marital
residence and the Husband shall be entitled to=exclusive pos-
session of same.
5. That during the period of time that the parties reside -
together in the marital residence that neither party shall
harass, annoy or interfer-with the other and that in the event
any difficulties occur, this matter may be brought before the
Court for further hearing. -
6. The Husband shall pay to the Wife for her supaort the
