O R D E R
THIS. CAUSE .coming. on _ for _ hearing. this. _ 13th _ day _of_
September, 1979, upon the Petition filed by the Plaintiff,
RUTH NESTOR, and upon the Answer filed by the Defendant,
FRANK NESTOR, and the Court having heard testimony of~all
witnesses and having heard argument of counsel, and the
Court finding that full faith and credit should be given
to the Final Judgment of Divorce, as amended, dated
January 10, 1975 entered in the Court of Common Pleas,
Domestic Relations Divisoin, Lake County, Ohio, and the
I'i Court further finding that said Judgment as amended, is
a valid Judgment entitled to enforcement in the State of
Florida, and the Court further adopting said Final ;y,,,
Judgment as a Final Judgment of this Court, and the
Court interpreting the language in said Final Judgment,
as amended, wherein it is provided that alimony in the sum -
of $100.00 per month was to commence, "when he returns
to fulltime employment" as meaning when the Husband,
Frank Nestor, obtains income, and the Court further finding
that because of the ambiguous language the Husband, Frank
Nestor, does not owe any arrearage as requested in the
Petition from the date of the Final Judgment, or any
other date, but that the trial court intented that alimony
should be paid to the. ex-wife, Ruth Nestor, and that the
ex-wife, Ruth Nestor has a definite need for alimony,
