and that the ex-husband, Frank Nestor, has an ability to pay
alimony, it is upon consideration - _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Final Judgment, as amended, dated January
10, 1975 entered in the Court of Common Pleas, Domestic -
Relations Division, Lake County, Ohio, Case No. 73 DR 1324,
be and the same is hereby adopted and approved as a Final
Judgment of this Court.
_ ___(2)__ That the Defendant, FRANK NESTOR, shall. pay to _the -
Plaintiff, RUTH NESTOR, the sum of $100.00 per month commencing
September 1, 1979 and continuing each month thereafter on
the first of said month. Each payment shall be made to
the Clerk of this Court and-by him remitted promptly to
Ruth Nestor. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum
of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is -
f
in effect.
(3) That as to all other relief claimed in the
Petition, including a request for a Judgment for arrearage
and the request for modification in increasing the alimony,
said requests be and the same are hereby denied. _
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
