Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom the following:
(a) Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East ~ of-East ~ of Southwest ~ of South-
east run thence North along the Nest line thereof to a point of 30' South of the South
~ - ~ line, thence run West parallel with said South ~ - ~ section line to a point on
the .West line of said Southeast thence South along said West line to the South
