BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
N. J. CARTER, the agent of FLORIDA.-GEORGIA TRACTOR CO~.,~INC.
(hereinafter referred to as the "Lienor"), whose address is
2097 West Blue Heron Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33404=
and that in pursuance of a contract with MERRICR EXCAVATING, INC., ,
Lienor furnished labor, services, or materials consisting of: -

One International TD15C-Paydozer -
One link-belt LS98-Dragiine
on that certain real property located in Palm Beach County, Florida,.-
and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof, owned by CHARLES S. BUTTS and REBECCA R. BUTTS,
his wife, and ROY MOXLEY of a total value of $74,776.00 of which
there remains unpaid $74,776.00, for which amount the Lienor claims
a lien on the above-described real property.

~ Lienor further says that it furnished the first of said
labor, services or mat:Erials on November 2, 1978 , and
the last of the same on Auqust 10, 1979., and that the Lienor
served his Notice to Owner on May 24, 1979, by Certified
Mail.
