That the Rule in question, Sub~Section V (f) of the C~ound and Building Rule of the. Atlantis Building A Condominium ABSOCiation is reasonable and meets the test of reasonableness under the doctrine of Hidden Harbour Estates vs Norman, 3(19 _ Sold, Page 180. 2. That the Rule has been violated although at this time the violation is not continuing. 3. That proof of monetary damage is not necessary #or the Condominium Association to prevail in an action for injunctive relief. -4. That the Condominium Association is entitled to enforcement of the Rule and the Defendant, MARIA J.
