THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion of the. subject matter, it is:
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED-as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties,
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, IRIS L.
SARGENT, and Respondent, CHARLES DELO:iE SARGENT, are dissolved
because the marriage is irretrievably broken. _
` 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the
~ parties, admitted into evidence, is hereby incorporated herein by

reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions.

4. That the Petitioner is_hereby awarded custody of the
minor child, CHARLES BRANDON SARGENT, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Respondent.
5. Each of the parties is hereRy enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying one another.
6. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move this
Court for such further Orders as may be proper.
