PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
Florida estate of the above decedent, alleges: ,
1. The decedent, MAX A. BASSIN, a/k/a Max Bassin,
a resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, died on December 19,
1977, and letters have been issued by the Circuit Court for
Montgomery County,- Maryland, :to Petitioner, and-Letters of _
Administration.of the Florida estate of said decedent were -
issued to Petitioner on January 31, 1979.
2. Petitioner has previously f iled-herein Waivers of
Accounting and Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to
Discharge of Personal Representative signed by all interested
persons.
3. Petitioner has fully administered the Florida
estate of said decedent, by making payment, settlement or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by
paying or making provisions for the payment of all expenses of
administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax
returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
~ obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proApses to make distri-
bution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the Schedule
