ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
THIS..CAUSS came on to be heard on the 10th day of July, 1979,
upon the Petition For Summary Administration of NELSON H. NEELY, and
the Court having examined the verified Petition and having received into
evidence an Affidabit executed by one of_the witnesses to the Last Will
And Testament of ALBERT J. SCHOONMAKER, and to the Codicil to the Last
Will And Testament of ALBERT J. SCHOONMAKER, and the Court having examined
said Last Will And Testament and Codicil thereto, and the Court finding

that all interested parties received notice of the hearing and the Court
finding that the decedent died on the 20th day of November, 1978, and
that the material allegations of the Petitioner are true and that the

Last Will And Testament of the Decedent and the Codicil thereto should
be admitted to Probate and that NELSON H. NEELY is entitled to be appointed
Personal Representative of the Estate of ALBERT J. SCHOONMARER, and the
Court further finding that an Order of Summary Administration should be
entered and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Last Will And Testament of ALBERT J. SCHOONMARER
and the Codicil thereto, are admitted to Probate. '
2. That NELSON H. NEELY, be, and is hereby ordered appointed
Personal Representative of the Estate of ALBERT J. SCHOONMARER, Deceased.
3. That it be, and is hereby further ordered that there be
immediate distribution of the assets of the Decedent as follows:
