The underssgned, as personal representative of the above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, HANA BLAKE MERCER , a resident of
St . Lucie County, Florida , on
January 12 , 19 79 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioter on January 19 ~ i9 79
2. Petitionerfdesherewith eithera fusel accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and
disbursements since the commencement of administration- of this estate, or since the date of the last
accwunting fled herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving
the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition
of all claissss acid debts that were presented, and by paying or snaking provision for the payment of aU
I; taxes and expenses of administration.

4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys,
accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is: Stanton J.
• Brosilow, appraiser, $90.00; Savannah Valley Land Co., Georgia appraiser,
$100.00; E. Freeman Leverette, Georgia attorney, $125.00; Willes,
Bitten &Willes, attorney's fee, $4,501.75.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the lnternal Revenue Service and with the
Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has-obtained and 51ed with this court evidence of
the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner, the only person having an interest in this proceeding,
acknowledges receipt of the following:

Home furnishings 1,000.00
Proceeds from sale of:
