I, ANIELLO ROSSI, of Port St. Lucie, Florida being of
sound and disposing mind and memory and mindful of~the uncertainty
of life and intending to dispose of all my property wherever
situated upon my death, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former
Wills-and Codicils heretofore made by me.
I am a widower.
I have-four children which I choose to include ~s heirs.
The names of the four children are FRANK ROSSI, CAMILLO ROSSI,
VIRGINIA WAGNER and MARIE MURRAY~
I have two additional children. Their names are JOHN
ROSSI and ROSE HARRIS. It is after. careful, considerable and
deliberate considezation that I specifically, intentionally and
knowingly exclude from this my Last Will and Testament my children,
JOHN ROSSI and ROSE HARRIS, it being my intention that the said JOHN
ROSSI and ROSE HARRIS inherit nothing by or through me or under
this my Last Will and Testament.
ARTICLE I
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after_my decease as conveniently may be done. The
proceeds from any insurance payable to my estate by reason of my
death may be used by my personal representative for the payment
of administration expenses, claims, and/or taxes.
It is my express wish and intention to be buried at the St.
Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, Long Island, New York.
ARTICLE II
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property
to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at
the time of my death which is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devises with reasonable certainty. To the extent
