2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total-sum sugerior to any _ `
claim or estate of Defendants MICHAEL LEE STORCR and MARILYN J. STORCR,
his wife , on the following
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The South 36.8. feet of Lot 2 and the North 43.2 feet
of Lot 3, Block 1, LILEM SUBDIVISION, as in Plat
Book 9, Page 73, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judg-
ment are not paid within three days from this date, the CIe k of
this Court shall sell the property at public sale on ,
19 79, between 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M., to the highest bidder for
cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the door of
the Courthouse in St. Lucie County in Fort Pierce - , Florida
in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action
and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintiff is not
the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is the
purchaser, the Clerk shall credit~Plaintiff's bid with the total sum
with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such
part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
5. On filing the Certificate of Title the Clerk shall distribute
the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient, by paying:
