FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before a jury trial and upon
the verdict of the.jury and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is:
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, ROBERT D. WILLIAMS
recover from the Defendants, TRANSPORT INSURANCE COMPANY,
GATOR FREIGHTWAYS, INC., and LARRY McCOGGLE, the sum of $100,000.00,
for which sum let execution issue.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,
MARIE WILLIAMS recover from the Defendants, TRANSPORT INSURANCE
COMPANY, GATOR FREIGHTWAYS, INC., and LARRY McCOGGLE, the sum
of $5,000.00, for which- sum let execution issue. The Court retains
jurisdiction far the purpose of taxing costs.
DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
