COMES NOW the Plaintiff, LORIS JEAN MARTIN, by-and
through her undersigned attorneys, and respectfully moves this
Honorable Court for the entry of an Order Validating Subpoenas
previously issued and served herein for the prior date of
August 29, 1979, in order that said Subpoenas will be in all
respects valid and effective for the presently scheduled trial
date of October 8, 1979. n
