THIS CAUSE coming on for consideratiar. =apon pt?int?ff's
Motion for Entry of Final Judgment, and it appearing to the
Court that a Default was duly and regularly entered against
the above named Defendant, and the Plaintiff having filed an
Affidavit and Exhibit herein as proof of the surn due, and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, BERKEL, INC.,
does have, receive and recover from the Defendant, CHARLES R.
O'DONNOVAN, JR., the sum of $1,684.10, plus interest in the
sum of $28.24, plus $30.50 Court costs, slaking a-total of
