INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Building No. III, a condominium
according to the Declaration thereof, dated January 27, 1972, and
recorded in O.R. Book 199, at pages 623 thru 699, inclusive, of
the public records of St. Lu.:ie County,-Florida, together with
all of the appurtenances thereto, all according to said Declaration
of Condominium.
SUBJECT TO all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restrictions, reservations,
easements, licenses and limitations of record which the parties of
the second part assume and agree to perform and abide by.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Grantees herein to First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated August 29, 1979, recorded 9/4/79 in O. R.
Book 315, page 2300, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which Grantees
