LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block
5, Ocean View Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 61,~public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run North-
?rwsterly along Nest right-of-way line of Granada Street 286.09 feet '
to a monument; then on a back angle of 107°42* turned to the right
run a distance of 21.65 feet to a point on the Range Line or reference
line set forth on survey of b.J. Schoepfer, R.L.S. dated May 10, 1978;
- then on a back angle of 92°41' turned to the right, run Southerly along
said Range Line 127.69 feet to a point on the exterior surface of fence;
thence turn and run Easterly on a back angle of q0° turned to the right
along exterior surface of fence 16.66 feet more or less to the Point of
Beginning. From said Point of Beginning, continue Easterly along exter-
ior surfaces of building wall and fence 33 feet more or less, to a point
on the exterior corner of fence; turn thence and run Southerly on a.bacl:
