FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 12th day of
September, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and,the subject mattzr of this
suit;-that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the-
parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the marriage between CHARLES SHEPARD,
Husband, and LOUISE SHEPARD, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
I and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom,
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
on this day of September, 1979. -
