FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 12th day of September, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and,the subject mattzr of this suit;-that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the- parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
