The Court finds that the Husband has a special equity in
the 1967 Pontiac automobile now titled solely in the name of the
Wife and does hereby award the Husband his special equity in said
automobile and the Wife is hereby ordered to convey the 19b?
Pontiac automobile to the Husband.
_ _ ___4..____RE_HABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Husband is hereby ordered to
pay the car payments on the 1977 Oldsmobile Automobile as -
rehabilitative alimony and to pay the insurance on said automobile,
but due to the short duration of the marriage the payment of the car
payments is to continue for only four (4) months and the insurance
is to be paid for only one (1) year from the date of this Order.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines um of $400.00
to be reasonable for the Wife's at rney her servic s he in
and BRYANT LEAN MASTERS is order d to pay said attorney
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdi ion of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for he entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
