O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 6th day of September,
1979, upon the Plaintiff's Motion To Compel discovery and the Court _
having examined the Motion and having heard the argument of the attorney
for the Plaintiff,- and the attorney for the Defendant. having failed to
appear, and the Court finding that no objection was timely filed and
that no objection to discovery was filed prior to the hearing, and the
Court further finding that no response to the Motion To Compel was filed
by the Defendants prior to the hearing, and the Court further-finding
that the Defendants have failed to Answer the Interrogatories propounded
to them within the time provided by the Florida Rules Of Civil Procedure,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Motion To Compel 3iscovery filed by the Plaintiff,
TAX DEEDS, LTD.,•be, and is hereby ordered granted, and the Defendants,
ANGELO CLASCA and MARINA CLASCA, be, and are hereby ordered to Answer the
Interrogatories, numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4, within ten (10) days from the
date of the rendition of this Order.
2. That it be, and is hereby ordered that this Court reserves
jurisdiction to tax costs and attorney's fees upon the failure of the
Defendants to comply with this order, and it be, and is hereby further
