This indenture, made in the City of Ft. Pieroe, the State of ~
Florida, the 22nd day of Parch, ninetoen hundred and seventy nine. •

Setrreen Pernambus and Isabell Davis, residing at 2208, Avenue D,
City of Ft. Pierce, State of Florida, herein called the party of
the first part and Saa~y Berry, Jr., residing at 608 N. 6th St.
Apt. C, city of Ft. Pierce, State of Florida, herein called ~~party
of the second part. -

Ilitnesseth that in consideration of (1) one dollar lawful money of
the IInited States, to him in hand paid by the party of the second
part, the party of the first part does hereby grant and convey unto

To have and to hold the premises herein granted, together with the
appurtenances, unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
to and for his and their own use, benefit, and advantage forever.

That the premises are free from all encumbrances except ad herein other-
wise stated:
Subject to taxes for the year 1980 and all subsequent years.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, easements and zoning ordinances
of record.

That the party of the first part is law~il.ly seized of a good, absolute
and indefeasible estate i.n Fee simple and has good right, (tall power
and has lawful authority to convey the same by this indenture.
