FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE '
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of September,
1979 and the Court having given. full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NANCY
MONROE and JAMES ALLEN MONROE be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between _
f them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: NANCY MONROE be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of NANCY BAIN and -
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
t
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further order
as may be proper.
