THIS CAUSE, came on to be heard before trial on the 12th
day of September, 1979, and this Court, after hearing argument,
and being otherwise fully apprised in the permises, it is here-
by
ORDERED AND ADJiJDGED as follows: ~
. 1. That this Court shall reserve ruling as to the Petition
for-Adoption and Objection thereto until such time as both parties
shall submit their Memorandum of Law.
2. That the Petitioners shall submit their Memorandum of
Law as soon as possible, but not later than thirty (30) days
from the date of said Order.
3. That the Respondents shall be given the opportunity

to respond to said Petitioner's Memorandum of Law, in light
of the fact that the Respondent has already supplied said
Petitioners with a copy of their Memorandum of Law.;
