of discovery contemplated by the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
and the Florida Rules of Medical Mediation Procedure may also be
employed by parties. The failure to take an expert's o~c non-expert's
deposition does not preclude the use of said witness at the Mediation
Hearing.
The Mediation Hearing shall resume on November 19, 1979 -
and continue through November 19, 20, and 21, 1979 and thereafter
as needed and scheduled by the Court.
