ADDENDUM ONE ATTI~CHED TO MORTGAGE NOTE FROM
SOPHIE OLSON FORMERLY KNOWN AS SOPHIE VETRONE TO FINEX & COMPANY
DATED:~ July 5, 1979
For the first year of the loan term, the maker shall pay the payee
11 monthly payments of interest only in the sum of $1,700.00 per
month, commencing August 5, 1979 and on the 5th day of each suc-
ceeding calendar month until the 11th payment of $1,700.00 is made
on June 5, 1980 and the 12th payment due and payable on the 5th
day of July, 1980, in the sum of $26,700.00 consisting of a $25;000.00
payment of principal together with accrued interest to said date of
$1,700.00. Commencing the second year of the loan term, the maker
shall pay the payee the required monthly payment including interest
necessary to amortize the remaining principal balance of $65,000.00
under the remaining three (3) year loan term, to wit, 36 payments of
$2,353.98 each per month, commencing August 5, 1980 and on the 5th
day of each succeeding calendar month until the final payment of
$2,353.54 is made on July 5, 1983. Each monthly installment shall
be applied first to the interest accrued on the principal sum to the
due date of said monthly installment and the balance on account of
the principal sum.
The Maker may repay the entire principal sum hereof, in whole, at any
time upon 34 days written notice and upon--the payment of interest to
the date of such prepayment plus (1) a surrender charge equivalent to
3$ of the entire principal balance prepaid and (2) if prepayment is
made during the first year of the loan term, the Maker shall pay the
Payee, in addition, the unpaid interest for the remainder of the first
year of the loan-term.
