Borrower and Lender hereby sxprsaaly adopt and incaponte by reference into this Mortgage and -
hereby ague to be bound by the covenants and agreanents contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
d>rou~ 17 and Non-Uniform Covana~ats numbered 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page a~a follows:

Such provisions as aro incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above descan'bed master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be consaved to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
sand the Note defined herein. Bon~ower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions -
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Futuro Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may mane Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by -this Mort
gage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, saceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~ NeNF .
