This cause came on to be heard on the Defendant, TRAVELERS INSURANCE.
COMPANY's, Motion for a New Trial and for Entry of Judgment in Accordance with
Motion for Directed Verdict, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
for the parties and being otherwise advised in the premises finds that there
were conflicts on issues of fact and in the evidence presented for the 3ury's
consideration and the verdict found thereon is not manifestly against the
weight of the evidence, and it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND :ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motions for New Trial and for
