PETERSON, Wife. _ k FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE i` i This cause came on for trial the IOth day of September, I 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all e the evidence, finds and determines that this Court has 3uria- diction of the parties and the sub3 ect matter of this suit; i that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD A. PETERSON, Husband, and SHARRON D. PETERSON, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matriony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DARRELL A. PETERSON and JEROML i a E. PETERSON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, SHARRON D. PETERSON, with reasonable visitation { rights reserved to the Husband, DONALD A~PE~ r . 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of September, 1979, the Husband, DONALD A.
