particularly described as follows: Tract "B" as shown in the FIRST REPEAT in
RIVER PARK, UNIT 1, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 3 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT the East 30 feet, of the afore-
mentioned Tract. Containing .669 acres, more or less, all of the above
situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD and agreed that the interest of the Assignees herein is as
follows: An undivided one-half right, title and interest in Wailon Leroy
Phillips and Ruby Phillips, his wife, and an undivided one-half right, title
and interest in Claude W. Price and Alice G. Price, his wife.
